Blessed Mama Boutique and Formalwear Plus

Blessed Mama Boutique was founded by Ashley Haas in June 2018 with a simple but powerful mission—to provide plus size women with a place to shop that is affordable, trendy, and inclusive. What began in her bedroom quickly grew into something bigger. By the end of that first year, Ashley had moved into a small building on her property, hand-selecting high-quality consignment pieces that reflected current fashion trends. In June 2019, the boutique opened its first storefront, and that’s where our journey together began.

Brandi Seagroves discovered Blessed Mama Boutique through Facebook and began consigning clothing and shopping with Ashley. A fast friendship formed instantly, rooted in a shared passion for fashion and a commitment to creating a welcoming, empowering space for plus size women. At the time, Brandi was working as a 911 dispatcher, but Ashley always knew she wanted her to be part of the business. That dream became a reality in September 2021, when Brandi officially joined the boutique. Together, they transitioned the store from consignment to offering all-new, boutique-style clothing exclusively for plus size women.

More than business partners, Ashley and Brandi are best friends, sisters at heart, and true teammates who have celebrated life’s big moments side by side. They’ve traveled to the market, stayed on top of trends, and worked hard to bring their community the best in plus size fashion.

In March 2025, they expanded into a new warehouse, more than doubling their space and making room for a new dream: formalwear and bridal. They launched their first prom collection this spring, selling 10 gowns, and debuted their bridal line at the end of May—already helping their first bride say “yes” to the dress. With a carefully curated collection of approximately 60 gowns in sizes 12 to 38, Blessed Mama Boutique is proud to offer a bridal experience where every plus size bride feels celebrated, beautiful, and confident on her special day. Ashley and Brandi are excited to continue growing this side of the business and making even more dreams come true.
